Networthy is provided by 1337 ApS, Borggade 4H, 5. TV, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark, CVR 35039686 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.
Networthy collects balances and positions from financial accounts you connect, values them, and shows you the result over time. It is a record-keeping and reporting tool.
Networthy does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing it shows is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
It includes tax estimates, including estimates of Danish corporate, dividend and share-option taxation. These are orientation only. They rest on assumptions and on rates that change, and your actual liability depends on facts the software does not know. Confirm anything that matters with a qualified accountant or adviser before acting on it, and before filing anything.
We are not a bank, a broker, a payment institution or an account information service provider. Bank connections are made through a licensed provider, and your relationship with each bank and broker remains your own.
We work hard to make the figures right, and the software is built to show its workings: data that is stale, modelled or missing is labelled rather than quietly counted. But figures come from third parties, and a provider can be unavailable, delayed, or simply wrong.
Treat the service as a view of your finances, not as the record of them. Your bank, your broker and your accountant hold the authoritative version. Check anything material against them.
Access uses passkeys. You are responsible for keeping the devices and credentials you register, and for who you invite into a household you control — anyone you add can see everything in it.
If you lose every credential you have registered, we cannot restore your access. There is no password to reset and no recovery backdoor, which is precisely what prevents anyone else getting in. We strongly recommend registering at least two credentials, or keeping a recovery code offline.
You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to access. Bank connections are made under consents you give at your own bank, which expire and must be renewed — typically every 180 days — and which you may withdraw at any time.
Where you connect a source using credentials rather than a consent, you are responsible for using credentials scoped to reading where the provider offers that option.
You agree not to:
We provide the service as it is, without a guaranteed level of availability. Upstream providers go down, consents lapse and sessions expire; the software is designed so that a source failing shows as a gap rather than as a loss, but it cannot collect what it cannot reach.
Your data remains yours. The privacy policy sets out what we process and why. You may export it or ask us to delete it at any time.
Note that a daily history cannot be reconstructed after the fact — no provider will tell you what you held on a past date. If you delete your account, that history goes with it.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Danish law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for decisions taken on the basis of figures the service displayed. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, or where we must in order to comply with the law. Where we end the service itself, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.
These terms are governed by Danish law, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
